WCBN ALUM 30TH ANNIVERSARY REUNION WEEKEND!

The WCBN 30th Anniversary Weekend occurred June 21-23, 2002, in Ann
Arbor. We'd like to thank everyone who attended. Here's what happened:
Thursday, June 20:
- Open Show Night with Arwulf @ WCBN
Come hang out with Arwulf at the station for "Face the Music" at 7pm.
- WCBN alum and author Jesse Walker reads from and signs copies of his
book "Rebels on the Air: An Alternative History of Radio in America"
Shaman Drum Bookshop, 8pm.
Friday, June 21:
Saturday, June 22:
- Day is free, however alums are welcome for a little DeeJay Vu down at
the station.
- WCBN Recognition Dinner and auction! @ Arbor Brewing Company
- 5:00pm - Hors D'oeuvres
- 5:30pm - Greeting by current WCBN General Manager M. Cindy Horng
- 6:00pm - Awards presentation
- 6:30pm - Dinner
- 7:30pm - Auction
Sunday, June 23:
- Goodbye brunch @ YALCIN'S, 11am - ?
Planning on coming back to Ann Arbor? If so, please fill out this RSVP
form so we know how many to expect! Please RSVP by June 15!
And tell your friends! We want our contact list to grow, and we have have
lost touch with too many, so please spread the word if you know of some
lost soul who wants to get back in touch with their radio roots! Have them
fill out the online alum
information form and we will add them.
Also remember you can join your fellow alums on our alumni discussion list or
choose only to get important announcements on the alumni annouce list.
