The Campus Broadcasting Network at the University of Michigan serves two fundamental purposes. First, the Network provides hands-on experience in many aspects of commercial and educational broadcasting, including training a variety of skills. Second, the Network provides radio programming aimed at meeting the diverse needs of the University and Ann Arbor communities. The Campus Broadcasting Network is primarily a student organization but is established to benefit all members of the University and Ann Arbor communities.
This Constitution is valid and binding upon the approval of three-quarters of the total membership of the Network Board of Directors and two-thirds of the Network Members voting in a ratification election.
